Cacao Rosella Bliss Balls

Writer: JoKendrayJoKendray

Hasn't everyone got a version of a protein or bliss ball? Well I figure we all do - and even I did, but then I lost where I wrote it down, and so now I made a new one - and I am writing it down, because these are delicious and I want to make them the same next time!

I basically want to stop eating crap and just need a little sweetness fix that is still kind of healthy, and so this is my fix for that - If you don't have your own version - feel free to make this yours too!

I am leaving my balls nude ( I Honestly have no other way to say it ) but if you prefer not to - just roll them in shredded coconut or even cocoa powder for a little bit of discretion.

Ingredients:

  • 10 Large Medjool dates ( pitted)

  • 2 TBSP LSA

  • 1 TBSP Goji Berries

  • 3 TBSP Cacao Powder/Protein Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Cashews

  • 1 TBSP Cacao Nibs

  • 2 TBSP Peanut Butter ( I like crunchy style )

  • 2 TBSP Cobram Estate Chai Oil

  • 1/2 Dried Rosella Flowers ( can Substitute Hibiscus Flowers)

  • Pinch of salt to taste (Rosella can make it a little bitter )

Blitz in a high speed blender until combined and adjust with more of what you think it needs. The mixture must come together and form balls when rolled - so if still crumbly - add in some maple syrup or more oil to combine. Roll into Balls and keep chilled.

Honestly - you can substitute any nuts or other ingredients that might work together - how about a Maraschino Cherry in the centre? Oh My

Enjoy in Moderation if you can!
