The LYLT is quite spicy & limey, and packed full of Asian flavour, and has the spice kick you want! This is the flavour base – so all the heavy lifting is done – and you can whip this up in under 30 minutes!
You will need to add – 90g Oil, 500g Chicken Mince, 2 Limes juiced, 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce, 100g Vermicelli Noodles- soaked, 100g Green Beans – Chopped into 5cm sticks!
Soak Noodles in Hot water & set aside
Juice the limes, & add to fish sauce -set aside
In a hot pan add the oil, then 30g Spice mix, & stir for a couple of minutes to release the flavour.
Add Chicken Mince - cook for about 10 minutes and stirring to combine. Add in the noodles and lastly beans – mix everything together!
Just before serving, mix in the lime juice mix, then remove from heat and serve.
HINT: Use Pork Mince, and cube up some fresh watermelon and this will impress people - just like it did when we made Pork Larb on Materchef for Nigella!
